Could a forum be made for RA things? One subforum could be Programming...I need to think if there are any other specific subforum topics.

No problem. I thought that might be a useful forum, but I didn't know what kinds of sections would be appropriate, so I will follow your lead on that one. Let me know as you think of them, and I will add them.
